Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to our free prize draw to win a Garden consultation with Paul Stone:

  1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged over 18, excluding employees, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entrants must have a valid email address and winners must be available to redeem their prize within 10 days of the draw date.
  2. By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the promotion.
  3. All entries must be received by the Promoter before 31.07.09. The Promoter will not be responsible for transmission, network and/or computer or software error affecting the logging of entries to the promotion. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the promotion site.
  5. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant's responsibility.
  6. You are entered into the prize draw via the following website www.celebratewithrachels.co.uk where you must enter your name, telephone number and a valid email address, as the winner will be contacted by email or telephone. The winners will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator. The draw will be made by 07/08/2009. All decisions of the independent adjudicator will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. There is one prize of a garden consultation by award winning garden designer Mr Paul Stone trading as of Paul Stone Gardens. Paul will travel within the UK to meet you and view your garden/outdoor area by 30th September 2009. A mutually convenient date will be arranged subject to Mr. Paul Stone’s availability. During this consultation you can discuss your thoughts/requirements and Paul can recommend a suggested plan which involves a garden design that would suit your garden and recommend key plants/flowers. No follow up written recommendations will be provided. Any further garden design developments are not covered by this prize. Please note all additional costs incurred by the winners and guests are their responsibility.
  8. The winner will be notified via email or by telephone with instructions for receiving their prize.
  9. If a winner cannot be located or does not respond within 10 days of notification, his/her prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant who will also be picked at random. Details of the winner's name and county will be available between 13/08/2009 and 14/09/09 by sending a stamped SAE to Rachel’s Organic Paul Stone garden consultation competition, Suzie Gates, Billington Cartmell, 40 Vanston Place, London SW6 1AX.
  10. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, either wholly or partly in cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or greater value should circumstances make this necessary
  11. The Promoter, their agents, affiliates and suppliers cannot accept responsibility for any incidents resulting from claiming the prizes.
  12. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name without further compensation, in any promotion publicity and/or advertising carried out by Rachel’s Organic.
  13. In order to enter the prize draw, you must register as a Friend of Rachel’s. You will only be sent future email newsletters if you opt in to receive them. If you do opt-in to receive emails newsletters, you can opt out at any time by editing your profile on www.rachelsorganic.co.uk or clicking on an ‘unsubscribe’ link on any email communication. Rachel’s Dairy will not sell, rent, or otherwise pass on your details to any third parties except those directly involved in running the website or implementing a competition or promotion on behalf of Rachel’s Dairy Limited and in full accordance with their privacy policy.
